Another great day spent around the house..doing daily stuff...like going to the grocery store. A special addition to the day was a trip to the pharmacy. I have been fighting off a UTI, with lots of water, but having been scared that it had turned in to a kidney infection (which I have had once before). I asked an ex-patriot how I would to go to a doctor to get medicine and she said I don't need to I can just self-medicate...go to the pharmacy and tell them the antibiotics you want. WOW! I went but no one there spoke ANY english. I finally found another customer to help translate and diagnose. Fortunately, I got Uvamin, an alternative to antibiotics. So far so good. After a mellow day we went to a small restaurant in Quepos, a more "local"town for dinner.
Katie went in the bathroom to put on her own sunblock. This is how she came out. She thought it was pretty funny.
This is how they fall asleep everynight. No one wants to be alone. When we go to bed I move one into the other room, obviously.
