Day 1 - A long day of travel

It was a pretty long day of travel for all of us. They kids did better than expected and Stace a little worse. It was pretty tiring for him and the reality of his limitations set in. He was exhaused and felt pretty limited at the airports, car rental, etc. After driving for 4 hours we crossed a bridge that is known for having crocodiles below. (We also went there on our honeymoon) We had to wake the kids up but I think they were pretty shocked when they saw the crocs in action...and we got lucky enough to see some tour guide hand-feeding them. As soon as we got to our Costa Rican house the kids went straight in the pool. What a shock! Overall, the travels went better than we had imagined.
